Because we've got to lock in our catering and cover other event costs, we're not able to offer refunds or credits unless you cancel at least three business days before the event. But don't worry, registrations are transferable! The substitute attendee just needs to check in under your name on the day of the event. Remember, no refunds or credits can be issued once the event has passed.
