Chamber Event & Refund Policies
The Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel registrations. If the Chamber refuses a registration, the registrant will be offered a refund.
The Chamber must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses, event setup, and other associated efforts.
Monthly, Quarterly, and Other Events Occurring More Often Than Annually
Unless stated otherwise, registrations must be canceled in writing (via email) at least five (5) business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after the event. No-shows will be charged in full. Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and the organization name.
Registrations are transferable from person to person for the same event. The substitute attendee must check in under the registered guest’s name on the day of the event. Registrations are not transferable to future events.
Annual Events
Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled in writing (via email) at least seven (7) business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after the event. No-shows will be charged in full. Substitutions are welcome at any time. Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and the organization name.
Registrations are transferable from person to person for the same event. The substitute attendee must check in under the registered guest’s name on the day of the event. Registrations are not transferable to future events.
Other Fees

Sponsorship and advertising fees are nonrefundable.

Membership fees are nonrefundable.

Leadership Jackson tuition is nonrefundable.
