Chamber refund Policies
The Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel registrations. If the chamber refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.
The Chamber must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, any venue expenses, event set up, and other efforts.
Monthly/Quarterly and other events occurring more often than annually
Unless stated otherwise, registrations must be canceled in writing (email) five business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise noted on an event's registration page. No refunds will be issued after the event. No-shows will be charged in full. Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and/or transaction number.
Registrations are transferable. The substitute attendee just needs to check in under the registered guest's name on the day of the event.
